Henry C. Cleveland, IIIs practice emphasizes health law and the representation of health care providers, including hospitals, physicians, medical staffs, PPOs, HMOs and related managed care entities; as well as personnel and labor matters. He has worked extensively with rural and small hospitals throughout Colorado and other communities in the Rocky Mountain Region and Western Plains. Mr. Cleveland is a member of the National Health Lawyers Association, the Health Forum Committee of the American Bar Association and the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations, former Board member of the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys, Chairman of the Board of Foothills Mental Health Foundation, and Board member of Colorado Cancer Clinical Trials Task Force. For many years, Mr. Cleveland was a member of the American Hospital Association Labor Law Advisory Committee. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of health
care.
Mr. Cleveland received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his law degree from the University of Denver. He has been in practice since
1971.
