Taylor T. Pollock practices in the areas of health care law, health care regulation and general corporate and transactional law. Mr. Pollock has advised and assisted in the representation of the Firms clients on a variety of matters, including physician employment, recruitment and retention agreements, federal and state regulatory compliance, exempt organization issues, antitrust, HIPAA, the formation of corporations and LLCs and risk management, compliance and operational issues related to regulated clinical trials and research
activities.
Mr. Pollock received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers
Association.
