Wallis S. Stromberg engages in a diverse health law practice, including the representation of physicians, hospitals, provider networks and other health care providers. He has advised clients in the organization of group practices and provider networks, the structuring of LLC’s and joint ventures, and the sale and acquisition of businesses and health care facilities. Mr. Stromberg has represented physicians and hospitals in their contracting, including employment agreements, recruitment agreements, leases, vendor contracts and managed care agreements. Mr. Stromberg regularly advises clients regarding compliance with Medicare Fraud and Abuse and Stark laws, antitrust concerns, and exempt organization issues. 

Mr. Stromberg is a frequent lecturer on health law issues for continuing education programs, professional organizations, and health care provider groups. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Medical Group Management Association.

Mr. Stromberg received his undergraduate degree in economics (1970) and his J. D. (1973) from the University of Michigan. Mr. Stromberg has been in the private practice of law in Denver since 1973.
